According to the report, in the month of February, Maruti Suzuki Swift is in the first place and during this period it has increased by 3 percent to 18,696 units as against 18,224 units in February 2019. At the same time, its sales have seen a decline of 6 percent as compared to January 2020 as the figure was 19,981 units during this period.
In the second place, Maruti Suzuki WagonR has been up 16 percent to 18,235 units as compared to 15,661 units in February 2019. At the same time, its sales have increased by 20 percent as compared to January 2020. During this period, 15,232 units of the WagonR were sold.
Maruti Suzuki's Alto is in the third position and its sales have fallen by 28 percent to 17,921 units. In February 2019, this figure stood at 24,751 units. At the same time, its sales have seen a decline of 5 percent as compared to January 2020 as it had sales of 18,914 units during this period.
Maruti Suzuki's Baleno is at the fourth position in this list. Baleno sales in February were down 8 percent at 16,585 units. In February 2019, this figure stood at 17,944 units. The previous month has seen a decline of 19 percent as compared to January 2020 and during this period it sold 20,485 units.
The most popular MPV in the country, the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, is at number 5 and it has sold 11,782 units in February, up by 48 percent. In February 2019, this figure stood at 7,975 units. At the same time, it has seen an increase of 136 percent as compared to January 2020 as it sold 4,997 units during this period.
Eeco of Maruti Suzuki is in sixth place. It has sold 11,227 units in the month of February with 47 percent, while in February 2019, the figure was 7,663 units. At the same time, it has seen a decline of 9 percent as compared to January 2020 as it had sold 12,324 units during this period.
Hyundai Grand i10 is in seventh place. In February 2020, it has sold 10,407 units with an increase of 15 percent, while in February 2019 this figure was 9,065 units. At the same time, if you compare it with January 2020, then an increase of 19 percent has been seen because during this time the figure was 8,774 units.
Hyundai Venue, which was launched last year in the eighth position, is present and it has sold 10,321 units in the month of February. At the same time, Maruti Suzuki's S-Presso, which was launched last year at number 9, is present with 9,578 units.
Hyundai's i20 Elite at the last i.e. 10th position is present in February with 8,766 units, while in February 2019 this figure stood at 11,547 units. Compared to January 2020, this vehicle has seen an increase in sales and during this time it sold 8,137 units.
